Just had the BEST cooking class in Tuscany. Our chef, Alberto and our translator Kiarra, were so helpful and knowledgeable. We made four courses and all were delicious. It was especially fun to make handmade pasta with a broccoli sauce. I would recommend this class to anyone and my husband and I will be recreating this meal when we get home!

The location is beautifully set within the rolling hills of the Tuscan countryside. We had a warm welcome and started the class right away with a delicious mix of different recipes for a whole menu. We learned some techniques and tricks and a lot of knowledge about the Tuscan food and the very special location it is cooked in. Nonna Ciana was so lovely and we felt right at home. We totally recommend this class over and over again!

Nonna's cooking class was the highlight of our trip! Nonna Cianna and her translator, Heather, were absolutely wonderful. The class was very hands on and full of useful tips and tricks. Delicious goods from the farm available for purchase afterwards, and they send you the recipes for everything you made in the class. All the produce was so fresh and the food we made was absolutely delicious. I can't recommend this experience enough!

So good I’ve been twice!

If you adore authentic Italian cuisine this class is for you. Even if you are a complete novice.

Nonna Ciana is the queen of the kitchen. You cook together in her home kitchen as she shares her knowledge and wisdom. She is fabulous!

Your hard work is rewarded with a freshly prepared meal and glass (or two) of wine.

I still make the recipes from the first time I visited a few years ago. I booked lunch for both visits and the menus were different.

Tip-
If you misbehave in nonna’s kitchen you will know about it! My husband got a tap on the hand for picking dry pasta dough off his hands and letting it fall onto the fresh dough 🤣

Suitable for couples, groups and families. Nonna loves the bambino’s.

They cater for dietary requirements so just let them know when booking.

Cooking class with Nonna Ciana is a must while staying in Tuscany. She gave us a great hands-on cultural experience we thoroughly enjoyed. The best part? You get to eat the wonderful dishes paired with wine from the vineyard.

This was an amazing experience to have in Tuscany !! My wife and I had a fun and authentic Italian pasta making few hours at nonna‘s place !! It was the highlight of our trip and would definitely recommend this class to anyone !!

An unforgettable experience! The hosts were warm, the chefs incredibly knowledgeable, and the whole evening felt authentically Tuscan. We made zucchini blossom ricotta, fresh pasta, a delicious chicken main, and panna cotta—each dish more amazing than the last. The charming venue, paired with wine and a short film on the company’s history, made it even more special. Highly recommend and would return in a heartbeat!
