The job was complicated as it had many complicated components.

1. Repair plywood due to improper installation from an earlier company and improper flashing around the chimney.

2. Flashing around the chimney revealed many cracked bricks and their Masons did quite an impressive job restoring the chimney

3. They flashed both chimney with high quality copper and installed a “Cricket” to guide the water away from the chimney

4. They installed new aluminum surrounding the garage doors which were damaged by me backing a car into them

5. They removed a defective Skylight and Installed a new high efficiency Skylight with a 10 year no leak warranty and a solar shade

5. They removed two layers of shingles and Installed GAF UHDZ Shingles

6. 50 Year Warranty overall Warranty, 30 Year Stain Warranty Transferable to next owner of House because they are Certified by GAF and have special Ranking.
